X-Drive ProTM 2

Traditional LED topologies trade off colour rendering for lighting efficacy. This means a typical 80 CRI LED will have a higher efficacy than its 90 CRI counterpart. However, the trade-off is the 90 CRI counterpart will render colour more accurately. X-Drive Pro 2TM utilises breakthrough technology to enable extremely high lighting efficacy which is the same or better than traditional 80 CRI LED's - but at 90+ CRI4. X-Drive Pro 2TM technology boasts a no compromise solution for where premium colour rendering, and extreme light performance is a must.

Studio Technology

Studio TechnologyTM brings out true colours and textures for an extremely accurate experience where colour matters most. Compared to conventional LED and Fluorescent lighting, Studio provides a much greater spectrum of colour that is far more accurate than traditional LED lighting7. Studio TechnologyTM enables a colour rendering index as high as 98CRI4. This is made possible through the use of advanced LED phosphor and die design to minimize light scattering. This maximizes contrast and 3D-dimensional effects of objects to ensure they are seen at their best. This results in a natural and continuous spectrum that is very close to that of sunlight.

Sleep Technology

Sleep technology is engineered to provide a healthier light source that is less stimulating8. Sleep technology works by using a highly advanced die and phosphor mix to provide  superior wavelengths of light that are optimised to eliminate the 'blue' peak from the LED diode source. Sleep technology has been clinically researched to enable faster sleep time8, much greater visual comfort and it features the industries highest eye safety compliance9.

This rating is calculated based on specific parameters: a ceiling/cavity reflectance of 0.7,wall reflectance of 0.5, and a working plane reflectance of 0.2, within a room context defined by dimensions X = 4H and Y = 12H.
  6. Visionary IP65 Products are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP65 under IEC standard 60529. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage not covered under warranty. IP Rating refers to the front of the lamp. The Rear of the Lamp is IP40.
  7. Traditional lighting refers to commonly used B+YR LED technology at 80 CRI.
  8. Claims are based on registered clinical trials and studies conducted by VA Palo Alto Healthcare, Seoul National University College of Medicine and the University of Basel.
  9. Eye Safety refers to the international standard the International Commission on Illumination adopted as standard (CIE S009:2002) which defines the standard of LED illumination for the purpose of safety for the eyes and skin. The relevant standard is defined in IEC/EN 62471.
