Linear Diffused uses a simple, yet innovative installation mechanism to attach the gear tray to the main extrusion body. By simply pressing the gear tray into the body and rotating the lock connector 90 degrees, the gear tray will lock firmly in place. Continuous extrusion runs also benefit from pre wired connections for plug and play installation. Further, one of the biggest problems with linear extrusions is the use of rigid optical lens technology. This results in small gaps in continuous extrusion runs. Linear Diffused uses a highly innovative flexible micro-prismatic optic that allows for seamless extrusion runs up to 5 meters. The optic also enables ultra low glare (UGR <19) for greater room comfort and application flexibility10.

Visionary IP40 Products: These products are rated IP40 under IEC standard 60529, signifying protection against solid objects over 1mm (such as wires or small tools) but offering no protection against water ingress. It's crucial to understand that IP40 indicates a level of dust resistance but not waterproofing. This rating was achieved under controlled laboratory conditions and, like all IP ratings, is not a permanent condition. The effectiveness of the IP40 protection may decrease as a result of normal wear, and it's important for users to recognize that damage due to dust penetration is not covered under warranty.
